Anyone who books accommodation relies on people: on hosts who listen, think and smile. Every year, the Guest Favorites competition shows where this is particularly successful. It has been honoring the best hosts in Saxony-Anhalt since 2020. They are not judged by a jury, but by those who know best: their guests.
The award is based on the TrustYou system, which evaluates more than 250 review portals. Three criteria are decisive: service and customer orientation (50 percent), guest satisfaction (30 percent) and handling of feedback (20 percent). Whoever wins has earned it - with attitude, quality and a feel for people.
